Having 8 plus years of active working/programming experience, Atleast 3 years experience in project management support.

Solid experience and understanding in software system design, database, and network/web development 

Proactively communicate to the team the latest technological developments affecting our industry and identify opportunities for industry presentations.

Work collaboratively with cross functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high quality solutions.

Manage strategic planning assigned by the sebor director of Project Manager.

 Very strong knowledge in OOPS, Thead ,exception handling ,regular expression, ,microservices ,optimization in monolithic 

Having good Knowledge of coding standards ,designs ,patterns ,unit testing 

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a dynamic environment.

Prior experience of team lead or technical hands on manager.

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Sound problem resolution, judgment, negotiating and decision-making skills

Skills Required - :

Development Experience with Python ,Flask ,Fast API, DRF, JS framework - Javascript , OOP 

Database - MangoDB /PgSql /MySql /GraphQL 

Cloud - AWS services - any authentication module like Cognito /OpenAI /AuthO2 /SQS /SNS /Streaming process /ECR

Query Services - RabbitMQ/ Kafka/ Multithreaded/ ActiveMQ

Caching Server - Redis

Good To Have - :

Ability to learn new technology and skills.

Familiarity with ML/ AI .

Proficient knowledge of data analysis and statistical methods.
