Skills
· Act as a single point of contact for customers and provide a delightful experience to them throughout their purchase journey.
· Adhere to SOS guidelines at all times.
· Assess and understand customer needs, facilitate the decision-making process on the model being considered, guide on finance options available and explain value-added services and their benefits.
· Focus continuously on lead generation, efficient event planning by maximizing territory coverage and managing referrals.
· Value and respect the customer’s time and treat customer’s data with utmost confidentiality.
· Capture complete, accurate customer details on Sales Trac APP with the next follow-up appointment mentioned.
· Ensure all customer queries are answered in detail, accurately & patiently and ensure customers understand processes being followed completely.
· Ensure demonstration and test drive for all enquiries and home visits where required.
· Ensure customer docket is filled completely, while clearly mentioning tentative date for delivery and other commitments as per the customer requisites (as per MSIL guidelines).
· Be well-groomed at all times and ensure that the customer is greeted cheerfully and politely.
· Strive to achieve sales and value-added services target as assigned by Senior Relationship Manager.
· Diligently complete paperwork associated with all customer interactions. Ensure transparent communication of deal and document-related details.
· Personally ensure delightful and timely delivery as per the commitment made to the customer.
· Achieve enquiry, test drive, booking and retail targets
· Pre Sales : Lead generation / Referrals/ Offering Test Drives to customers
· Sales : Cars/ Accessories/ Exchange/ Finance/ Insurance/ Maruti Suzuki Rewards
· Post Sales : Delivery / Post Sales follow-up
· Understands customer's requirement for finance & guides customer on options/ documentation basis his profile.
· Keeping track of customer's car related requirements & keeping him posted with regular updates
· Responsible for customer satisfaction & long term relationship building
· Ensuring KIA experience and zero customer complaints
