Roles And Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, specifically in the intensive care unit (ICU) setting
• Assess patients' health status and develop and implement individualized care plans
• Monitor patients' vital signs, administer medications, and perform procedures as necessary
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate and manage patient care
• Educate patients and their families on self-care techniques and provide resources for continued support
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient information and nursing interventions
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients, following infection control guidelines
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities to enhance nursing skills and knowledge
