Position: Inbound Customer Service

Qualification: 10+2 or 10+3 / Graduate / Post graduate

Experience: Fresher / Maximum 2 year experience can apply

Languages: Good English + Kannada

Working Days and Week off: 6 days working 1 day rotational off

Shift Timing: 24/7 rotational shift

Cab Facility: Cab provided for Evening and Night shift

Salary:

• Freshers: 15.5K take home.
• For 6 months and above experienced: 16.3K take home salary

Interview Rounds:

1. HR Screening
2. Versant Online Test (4 or 6 should be done by the candidate at office post HR Round)
3. Operations Round
4. Client Round.
