1.     Overall Responsibility of QMS.

2.     Approval of Non-conformance, CAPA and Change Control.

3.     Approval Validation master plan.

4.     Review of Quality Manual.

5.     Approval of Site Master File.

6.     Approval of Customer complaints.

7.     Handing Internal Audits and External Audits.

8.     Approval of BMR & BPR.

9.     Arrange documents for registration purpose.

10. Vendor Approval

11. Supporting the all other department with the knowledge needed for QA compliance.

12. Approval of All Other activities related to QA department.

13. Reviewing MRM Data.

14. Responsibility of Risk Management System.
