Job Description
We are looking for a high-performing Regional Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.
Responsibilities
·Formulate Fruitful Business Development Strategies to ensure long term success &Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
· Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence.
·Set Standards and Objectives for Generating Leads.
· Ensure Compliance with Company’s Policies and Operational Guidelines and Spotting Market Opportunities for New Customers.
· Evaluate Performance using Key Metrics and address issues to improve it.
· Help out Upper Management in Expansion or Acquisition.
· Good at Closing Deals, Negotiation, Client Handling, Convincing Skills.
· Responsible for planning Monthly and Quarterly Sales Targets and executing them in a given time frame.
· Own recruiting,objectives setting,coaching and performancemonitoring of sales representatives
. Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
· Motivating and Coordinating With Team in Getting the Business.
· Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Qualifications/Requirements
· Should be a Graduate/ Postgraduate with similar industry experience
· 8+ Years Experience out of which at least 3-4 years as a Team Leader
· Should be a good Team Player
· Good Communication and Proactive
· Self-Motivated and work with minimal supervision
· Should have worked in Similar Industry.
· He / she should have worked in Sales department with experience of handling Team.
· People with zeal to work under pressure and target oriented and ownership of business.
