SALDERZ is looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) – US Staffing . Must have minimum 5 years’ experience working with various Direct clients /Tier-1 Vendors, should be able to identify/target potential vendors in US and get Contract Staffing requirements and closing the positions.
Should be Efficient in identifying new business opportunities with Direct Clients, Primary Vendors
Expertise with establishing new service agreements with Clients
Penetrate target accounts and call appropriate decision-makers through Tele sales activities.
Qualified candidate will be doing direct sales in the IT staffing industry including prospecting, cold calling, generating leads and client presentations within a professional business to business sales organization.
Relationship building with decision makers to gather the necessary job requisitions to place qualified consultants.
Build long-term relationships with direct clients by meeting their IT Consulting resource needs and contributing to their growth
Develop and sustain effective new business relationships with accounts/clients and independently handle staffing business
Well aware of Recruitment life cycle and Staffing and Expertise in recruiting Citizens, EADs, Green Card Holders, OPT, CPT and H1B consultants and proficient knowledge in US employment tax terms such as 1099,W2, and Corp to Corp(C2C) placing candidate on contract, contract to hire and full-time Positions.
Work with our team of recruiters and employee techniques to improve the process of finding the right candidates for specific IT requirements.
Should have generated at least $10 - $15 margin in per hour billing
Requirements
Must Haves:
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Must be a hunter, accustomed to developing and closing new business.
Experience that includes client relationship management, account growth/business development.
Must have broad technical knowledge with IT terminology and culture.
A hunger to drive and deliver on new business sales targets.
Proven ability to obtain, understand, and leverage market intelligence in the design of strategies to target and establish new client relationships and strengthen existing relationships.
Have the capability to build the relation with end customer
Background / Experience:
5-10+years of experience in IT Staffing Business Development in the US market with preferably Fortune 1000.
Must understand IT terminology and culture.
Roven Track Record in new Business Development and account management of direct as well as Tier-1 clients
Client facing capabilities
Team building and handling capabilities
Self-starter & highly competitive
Willing and able to do cold call on new prospects and work in night shifts
