Sr Bench Sales Recruiter.

Candidate should have good communication skills.

Experience: 1 to 5 years

We are Looking for aggressive Bench Sales Recruiters with good communication skills. Should be well versed in the US IT Recruitment process & provide staffing needs based on the client requirements. We do follow a very good work culture and are one of the best US IT Recruitment companies to work for.

 Office Time: 6:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST (Night Shift) Responsibilities

  • The ideal candidate must have experience working with Direct client requirements.
  • Strong knowledge and working experience on W2, 1099, and Corp to Corp (C2C).
  • Hands-on experience in contract, permanent, and contract-to-hire positions.
  • Strong understanding of technical requirements; deep sourcing skills and excellent candidate assessment skills.
  • Experience using job boards such as Job Diva, Dice, Monster, Tech Fetch, and Career Builder.
  • Experience in various search/sourcing methods, including LinkedIn, google search strings.
  • Screening and shortlisting of resumes according to the requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong negotiation skills handling US Citizens, and Green Card holders.
  • Accuracy and the ability to follow through, capable of working independently in a high volume, fast-paced, deadline-oriented situation.
  • Strong knowledge of negotiating salary/hourly pay rate for the contract/full-time requirements.
  • Broadcasting the Profile of the consultant and the Hotlist of the company on a periodical basis.
  • Reaching out for the maximum number of open requirements in the market.
  • Coordinating with the consultant in order to know their comfortableness with the requirement before submitting to the Vendor
  • Negotiate rates with the Vendors/ Clients.
  • Inform the consultant regarding the vendor calls and end client interview schedules.
  • Intimate the entire team regarding client submissions to avoid duplications.
  • Track the submissions and make regular follow-ups.
  • Prepare the consultants for the end client interviews.
