Job Description

As a Management Trainee – Talent Acquisition, you’ll support end-to-end hiring activities, work closely with hiring managers, and ensure we attract top talent that aligns with our culture and growth goals. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who already has 1 year of experience in recruitment, is fluent in both Kannada and English, and is based in Bengaluru.

Roles And Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for junior and mid-level roles across departments
• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and campus drives
• Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers
• Support onboarding and documentation processes for new hires
• Maintain candidate databases and provide timely updates on hiring status
• Assist in employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts
• Build talent pipelines for future hiring needs

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 1 year of experience in recruitment, preferably in F&B, retail, or fast-paced environments
• Fluent in Kannada and English (spoken and written) – mandatory
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
• Must be based in Bengaluru
