Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented HVAC Technician to install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, troubleshooting skills, and the ability to ensure smooth operations of climate control systems to maintain comfort, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems (heating, cooling, ventilation, refrigeration).
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and ensure systems are operating at peak efficiency.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults in HVAC systems and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Conduct performance checks and adjust systems to meet regulatory standards and company requirements.
• Maintain records of work performed, equipment usage, and parts inventory.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental guidelines.
• Respond promptly to breakdowns, emergency repairs, and service requests.
• Collaborate with other technicians, electricians, and maintenance staff for smooth operations.
• Recommend upgrades, replacements, and improvements to optimize system performance.

Qualifications & Skills

• ITI / Diploma / Certification in HVAC, Mechanical, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigeration cycles, and electrical components.
• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, blueprints, and manuals.
• Familiarity with tools, equipment, and safety procedures relevant to HVAC work.
• Problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Physical ability to work in varying conditions (rooftops, confined spaces, high/low temperatures).
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred

• Knowledge of BMS (Building Management Systems).
• Experience in commercial / industrial HVAC systems.
• Relevant safety training certifications.

Work Schedule

• Full-time.
• Availability for on-call/emergency maintenance as needed.
