Job Summary

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with strong expertise in packaging design. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing innovative and visually appealing packaging solutions that align with brand guidelines and enhance the customer experience. In addition, the role will involve working on a variety of graphic design projects including marketing collaterals, digital creatives, social media, and promotional campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative packaging designs for products that are functional, aesthetically pleasing, and aligned with the brand’s identity.
• Work closely with the NPD, Marketing, and Production teams to create packaging mockups and final artworks.
• Ensure packaging designs meet printing, material, and production requirements.
• Create and adapt visual assets for marketing materials, advertisements, digital campaigns, and social media platforms.
• Maintain and ensure consistency in brand guidelines across all design projects.
• Collaborate with vendors, printers, and external agencies to ensure accurate and timely delivery of packaging.
• Conduct trend research to stay updated with the latest packaging innovations, colors, typography, and materials.
• Manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality outputs within deadlines.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Hands-on experience in packaging design, dielines, print processes, and material understanding.
• Creativity with a keen eye for detail, typography, layout, and color.
• Knowledge of branding, marketing communication, and consumer psychology in packaging.
• Ability to conceptualize and present ideas visually.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio in packaging design.
• Experience in FMCG, Food & Beverage, or Retail industries will be an added advantage.
