Job Title: Maintenance Manager

Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee all installation, repair, and upkeep operations of our facilities and equipment. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in all maintenance processes and health & safety regulations, especially within a food production or hospitality environment. Your goal will be to ensure our business operations run smoothly by minimising downtime and maximising productivity.
Key responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead all maintenance operations across production and retail locations.
- Plan, schedule, and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Maintain equipment related to food production, refrigeration, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and coordinate repairs with internal teams or external vendors.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations, especially in production zones.
- Manage maintenance budgets, inventory, and procurement of spare parts and tools.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs, service records, and compliance documentation.
- Implement workplace safety policies and conduct routine facility inspections.
- Train and supervise maintenance technicians and support staff.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or relevant field).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a maintenance supervisory or managerial role.
- Hands-on experience with industrial kitchen or food production machinery is a must.
- Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance systems, health & safety compliance, and troubleshooting methods.
- Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards such as FSSAI, GMP, and HACCP is highly desirable.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Bengaluru.
