Job Description: 

  • Position: Inside Sales Representative
  • Department: Sales and Marketing
  • Location: - Bangalore
  • Experience: - 2 to 6 Years 



Job Duties:


Lead Generation and Prospecting:


  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
  • Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest.


Customer Engagement:


  • Understand high level of customer needs and requirements.
  • Conduct effective online demos or 1st level discussions with the Sales team.


Sales Process Management:


  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
  • Generate leads and exceed monthly targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.


Collaboration and Strategy:


  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets.


Product Knowledge and Presentation:


  • Present product information, features, and benefits to potential customers.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities.


Reporting and Analysis:


  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to management.
