Key Responsibilities: - Product Development: Create and manage travel packages for individual travelers (FIT) and groups (GIT).- Supplier Management: Source and negotiate with hotels, tour operators, and other suppliers to secure favorable terms.- Operations Coordination: Ensure seamless execution of tours, monitor service quality, and resolve operational issues.- Team Collaboration: Work with the operations team and management, providing support and resolving queries.- Customer Service: Maintain client communication and collect feedback to improve services.- Group Travel: Negotiate group fares with airlines and manage vendor relationships for group bookings.- Reporting and Analysis: Collect and analyze data to improve operational performance and prepare regular reports. Qualifications:- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.- Experience: 3-5 years in travel operations, specifically in FIT and GIT.- Skills: Strong negotiation, organizational, and communication skills; proficiency in travel booking systems; ability to work under pressure.
