Job Summary


We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Aviation and Hospitality Trainer to join our team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will be a veteran of the aviation or hospitality industry, with a proven track record as a Cabin Crew member or a Customer Service professional in a reputable hotel. This role is perfect for a seasoned professional with a passion for mentorship and a desire to shape the next generation of service-oriented talent. You will leverage your extensive real-world experience to design, develop, and deliver impactful training programs that meet and exceed industry standards.


Key Responsibilities


Training & Curriculum Development:


Design, develop, and update comprehensive training modules and course materials for aspiring aviation and hospitality professionals.


Cover a wide range of topics including in-flight service, guest relations, front office operations, airport ground handling, and travel management.


Incorporate practical, scenario-based learning and role-playing exercises to simulate real-world situations.


Instruction & Facilitation:


Conduct engaging and effective training sessions for individuals and groups.


Provide expert guidance on service etiquette, grooming standards, body language, and professional communication.


Mentor and motivate trainees, providing constructive feedback and personalized coaching to help them achieve their career goals.


Skills & Knowledge Transfer:


Impart critical soft skills such as conflict resolution, crisis management, problem-solving, and teamwork.


Educate trainees on essential aviation safety procedures, emergency protocols, and first aid techniques.


Instill a deep understanding of customer service excellence, cultural sensitivity, and global etiquette.


Assessment & Evaluation:


Assess trainee performance through mock interviews, practical demonstrations, and written examinations.


Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.


Maintain accurate records of trainee progress and performance.


Required Qualifications & Experience


A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in the aviation industry (as Cabin Crew/Flight Attendant) or the hospitality industry (in a customer-facing role like Front Office Manager, Guest Relations, or similar).


A strong, demonstrable passion for training and mentoring.


Deep knowledge of the operational procedures, service standards, and safety protocols relevant to either the airline or hotel industry.


Excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.


A professional and polished appearance in line with industry standards.


Adaptability and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced educational environment.


Desired Skills


Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of other languages is a plus.


Strong leadership qualities and the ability to inspire a positive learning environment.


Proficiency in modern training techniques and a familiarity with e-learning platforms.


The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.


Experience in a training or supervisory role is highly preferred.
