RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Establish the sales plan and strategy for long term care and home care.
• Identifying referral centers across all cities to increase the referral business
• Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
• Establish the inbound lead requirements needed to meet your sales objectives
• Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
• Partnering with institutions, referrals centers and Insurance companies for business generations and developments
• Implements regional sales programs by developing field sales action plans
• Review period reports on sales, design and implement plans to promote the same.
• Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions.
