Profile - Supply Chain Management - Quality Analyst

Company - Agribusiness Company (Our Client)

Salary - 20,000 INR (In Hand)

Qualification - B.Tech/MBA

Experience - Min. 2 years of experience in same domain

Location - Bhopal & Nagpur

KRA - Order fulfilment, throughput planning, storage planning, vehicle route planning, vehicle scheduling and customer escalation management

Ensure delivery on promised SLA to customers

Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency

Maintain Business SLA to assess performance, analyse gaps and execute improvements

Hands on experience with warehouse management software and databases

Supervise, Mentor and coach warehouse and last mile workforce

Meet cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness targets

Quotation’s comparison, Transportation Bill validation and Vendor payments tracking.

New transportation vendor identification, onboarding and management.

Ensure collaboration with all relevant stakeholders for operations monitoring and establishing/tweaking operational control points.

Point of contact between SCM & other stakeholders for the E2E Ops MIS/reporting.

Coordinating with Marketing/Sales team whenever there are escalations related to late deliveries, damaged products etc and make Warehouses take corrective actions accordingly.
