Immediate Hiring for HR - Executive.

Work location : Bangalore

Experience - 1-2 years [ Should have minimum of 1 years of work experience in HR]

Qualification - MBA-HR/Any Degree with Experience in HR.

Role & Responsibilities:

Ability to work independently and multi task in a fast-paced environment.

Good interpersonal skills.

End to End Recruitment

Strong on Sourcing and Recruiting (Conventional and non-conventional).

Drafts job posting content for advertisement on job portals, website or print media.

Conduct the initial round of interviews.

On boarding, Database Update

Follow up for employee new joinee up to induction and documentation.

Assist in drafting/ revision of HR policies.

Updates employee database on a regular basis ensuring completeness and accuracy covering new joinees and exits.

Vendor Management

Conducts exit interview of employees.

Should be multilingual, should be able to speak English & Kannada. 

Should be self-motivated.

Should be willing to travel as and when required.
