Responsibilities

• Test Planning & Development
• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to cover all aspects of Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations.
• Manual and Exploratory Testing
• Conduct manual and exploratory testing to identify defects and usability issues.
• Automation Testing
• Leverage Salesforce testing tools like Salesforce Developer Console and Data Loader to automate test execution.
• Defect Management
• Collaborate with developers and business analysts to identify the root cause of defects and track them to resolution.
• Continuous Learning
• Stay up-to-date on the latest Salesforce features and functionality through ongoing learning and certification.
• Documentation
• Maintain clear and concise test documentation for future reference and knowledge transfer.
• Stakeholder Communication
• Communicate test results effectively to stakeholders, including developers, business analysts, and project managers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in software quality assurance on the Salesforce Platform.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce fundamentals, including objects, fields, relationships, and workflows.
• Experience with manual testing methodologies, including Functional, Integration, and System testing types.
• Familiarity with Salesforce testing tools (e.g., Salesforce Developer Console, Data Loader) is a plus.
• Salesforce Admin and ISTQB certifications are preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum development methodology is preferred.
