AEM Developer | 4-6 Y | Mumbai (WFO) | Early Joiner |

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and implementation of AEM components, workflows, and integrations to meet project requirements.

Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior developers on AEM development best practices

Work closely with designers, content authors, and project managers to understand business needs and translate them into effective AEM solutions.

Develop clean, well-architected, secure, and maintainable code using HTL, Java, JavaScript, and other relevant technologies.

Define the content model that structures and organizes content within AEM for efficient management.

Integrate AEM with external systems and platforms using APIs.

Configure AEM security, permissions, workflows, and user roles to ensure optimal performance and adherence to security best practices.

Package and deploy code and configurations to various AEM environments (development, staging, production).

Monitor and optimize AEM performance to identify and address any bottlenecks.

Stay up to date on the latest AEM features, technologies, and security updates.

Actively participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing within the development team.

Required Skills:

a) Around 3+ years’ experience as AEM Developer.

b) In-depth knowledge of AEM architecture, technologies, and best practices (Sling framework, Java Content Repository (JCR) API, OSGi, etc.).

c) Experience with multiple front-end languages and libraries (like React, HTML, CSS and JavaScript).

d) Experience with AEM development tools and frameworks (e.g., Maven, Git, CI/CD tools).

e) Solid understanding of web development concepts and principles (REST APIs, secure coding practices).

f) Proficient in experience with testing and debugging.

g) Implementation of ECommerce Platform using AEM on AWS cloud

Working experience on Agile SDLCs
