Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team at Solis Technology , a leading provider of digital marketing services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and a strong understanding of digital marketing trends and services. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and pursue potential clients through various lead generation methods, including cold calling, networking, email outreach, and social media engagement.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to prospects, effectively explaining the value of our digital marketing services.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Consultative Selling: Understand client needs and tailor solutions by offering personalized digital marketing services such as SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, Content Marketing, and more.
  • Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop sales strategies and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations, handle objections, and close sales with new and existing clients.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system, track progress, and report on key metrics.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies to provide valuable insights to clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven 2-4 years experience in B2B sales, preferably within the digital marketing industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing services such as SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, PPC, and analytics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets and generate revenue.
  • Ability to understand client needs and tailor digital marketing solutions accordingly.
  • Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales software.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience working in digital marketing, advertising, or a related industry.
  • Familiarity with performance metrics and analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).
  • A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and contributing to business growth.
