Job Title: Real Estate Sales Executive

Job Location: Gurgaon

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling properties to clients, maintaining relationships, and achieving sales targets. As a Real Estate Sales Executive, you will work closely with clients, developers, and other stakeholders to close property deals.

Key Responsibilities:


Lead Generation & Prospecting:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities by networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
  • Build a solid pipeline of leads and prospects to achieve sales targets.

Client Consultation & Property Tours:

  • Consult with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.
  • Conduct property viewings, highlighting key features and addressing client queries.

Negotiation & Deal Closure:

  • Negotiate terms, prices, and other contract details with clients.
  • Guide clients through the buying, selling, or leasing process, ensuring smooth transactions.

Market Research & Analysis:

  • Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
  • Provide clients with accurate information on market conditions and potential investments.

Documentation & Paperwork:

  • Prepare and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
  • Ensure all documentation is complete and accurate before finalizing deals.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Address client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

Achieving Sales Targets:

  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Track and report on sales performance and results.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar field.
  • Must have their own vehicle.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge of local real estate markets and trends.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
