Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
• Job Location- (Remote/ PAN India)
• Salary (30k- 45k ctc)
• At least 6 - 9 years of construction experience with working knowledge of Building works, construction of Warehouse.at civil site.
• Aged between 22 to 40 years
• Working knowledge of plans, prints, specifications, and work schedule
• Knowledge of construction procedures, safety best practices, tools, techniques, programs practices.
• Knowledge of Computer and AUTOCAD.
• Knowledge of Manpower handling.

Responsibilities

a. Civil construction and supervision of daily site work

b. Quality control and analysis.

c. Construction of Industrials and warehousing projects.

d. Making work schedule and update the schedule.

e. Co ordination with contractor

f. Set out, level and survey the site.

g. Manage the site on a day-to-day basis.

h. Make sure projects meet agreed specifications, budgets and deadlines.

i. Provide technical advice and solve any on-site problems that occur.

j. Prepare and create site reports, as well as complete any necessary paperwork.

k. Ensure that health and safety policies are obeyed.
