• B.tech Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
• Salary- 40k- 70k CTC per month
• Preference: Corporate buildings or Big Commercial complexes handling managers will be more preferable.

-Location: Gurgaon

• Will be responsible for all aspects of building management for the new corporate head quarters of Safexpress at Gurgaon. This is a 2.5 lakh sq ft building spread over a 3 Acre campus.
• Preference: Corporate buildings or Big Commercial complexes handling managers will be more preferable
• To ensure the breakdown free working of DGs, HVAC, BMS, Pumps, Chillers, CCTVs, Fire Alarms, Elevators, Coolers, RO Plants, Solar Power, STP, WTP, UPS etc.
• To prepare and follow through on procedural checklists for ensuring smooth running of all above systems
• Responsible for AMCs, Fire NOC renewals, Lift License renewals, and other required Govt. approvals/renewals etc.
• To manage a team of technicians (in-house) and/or vendors for smooth running of all building services
• To handle all preventive and reactive maintenance

Education: Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering

Qualifications etc:

• Person can consider candidates who have worked in similar roles in Only Big Commercial Complexes (Not in Residential ) companies like Cushman Wakefield, Knight & Frank, JLL etc.
• Should be resourceful and solution oriented
• Should have a strong customer service attitude
• Punctuality, a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence are required
• Should be organised and able to multi-task
