1. Good in sourcing and screening candidates using various job sites like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder etc.

2. Hands on experience on working for contract, contract to hire, permanent requirements.

3. Strong work ethics; hardworking and driven.

4. Strong organization skills and ability to multi-task.
