• Utilize the latest apps and tools to design and configure automated solutions.
• Create detailed technical specifications and documentation for automated systems.
• Conduct a thorough analysis of existing IT processes to identify automation opportunities.
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to gather requirements and understand automation needs.
• Identify and adapt the latest applications and technologies for process automation.
• Integrate new apps with existing systems to create seamless automated workflows.
• Manage automation projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure successful project execution. • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Skills required:
5-8 years of relevant experience in IT process automation or a related field.
• Understanding of IT Infra platform and landscape are essential.
• Should have fair understanding in Cyber security, Network
• At least 2 Project Implementation for IT Infra and robotic process.
• Process automation based on latest AI Tools integration
• Timely completion of projects with Security & compliance
• Understand the latest market trends in automation space
