Qualification: Engineering Graduate.

Experience: 10+ years in Garment Export House. Must have handled Woven Bottoms.

Good communication skills & fluent in Kannada & English.

• Job Responsibilities Develop, Execute & maintain a robust Production management system by using of technology for production excellence at desired level.
• Ensure Efficiency & Productivity improvement and visualization by using different tools.
• Ensure the generation of accurate factory performance and trend reports including line efficiency, line performance, changeover effectiveness, capacity utilization, NPT and rework.
• Study and record time, motion, method, and speed involved in performance of production, maintenance, clerical, and other worker operations for such purposes as establishing standard production rates or improving efficiency.
• Ensure process re-engineering of Production planning and execution considering capacity calculation of the factory.
• Implementation of various tools and techniques of LEAN & 5's.
• Maintain up-grading of skill matrix and performance development of workers by training, counseling and motivation.
• Follow up Calculation of Standard Minute Value (SMV) for specific product.
• Minimize wastage & increase utilization of Man, Machine & Materials with various tools & techniques.
• Assist superior to execute and evaluate staff performance, new recruitment, promotion, disciplinary matters, and training needs.
