Title: Sr. Executive / Executive – Talent Acquisition

Location/s: Office No. 25th, Whispering Palms, Lokhandwala Twp, Kandivali (E) Mumbai 400101.

 CTC (Per Annum): Negotiable

Reports To: Team Leader/Consultant

Functions / Key Responsibilities:

Operational Activities:

Ø Identify the seriousness and scale of the enquiry and respond with relevant information.

Ø Understand and recruit for niche profiles.

Ø End to end recruitments.

Ø Search on various job & social portal.

Ø Source from various other On-line channels like Linkedin, Facebook, Whatsapp Marketing etc.

Ø To screen candidates as per requirement depends on their key skills & communication.

Ø Interact with Client & Candidates to build up a good rapport.

Ø Recruit as per the requirement & within the criteria of client.

Ø Coordinate with them and Schedule interviews.

Ø Maintain Proper Follow up and feed back of recruitment with both Candidates and Superiors.

Ø Planning: Quarterly, Monthly, Weekly and even Daily.

Ø Report Generation: Daily, Weekly & Monthly MIS.

Qualifications – (Minimum )

Ø Any graduate 

Ø Experience Requirements (Years and Kind of exposure): Min 6 Months of work experience in similar role for any Indusries.

Personality Attributes / Skills:

Ø Excellent communication skills both written and verbal (especially English).

Ø Internet savvy and proficient in computer usage

Ø Knowledge of Internet, B2B portals, Microsoft office and Outlook is must.

Ø Knowledge of local language and good interpersonal skills

Ø Knowledge of commercial terms and aspects

Ø Logical thinker.

Ø Self motivate and go-getter attitude.
