We are hiring for Manager / Assistant Manager – Client Servicing.
Detailed Job Description:
Job Title : Manager / Assistant Manager – Client Servicing
Industry : BTL Loyalty Marketing / Brand Activation
Functional Area : Marketing
Reporting To : Group Account Manager
Location : Mulund, Mumbai
Purpose of the Position:
To be the focal point of contact for clients and ensure client satisfaction with the organization’s delivery and services.
To achieve this through relationship building & regular planning.
The incumbent will be the face of us within the client organization not only to the client key contact(s), but also to other allied functions, such as procurement, accounting, sales personnel etc.
Responsibilities& duties:
- To prepare customized proposals and presentations for providing strategy and solutions to clients in consultation with operations team
- manage quality and timelines of regular & ad-hoc client deliverables
- To grasp concepts quickly, think beyond traditional methods to exceed client's expectations
- To analyze data and make its interpretation
- To maintain client’s database and sharing weekly MIS & project progress reports with client & Internal teams.
- To be the SPOC for clients and aligning internal teams with the clients requirement by transferring the client brief efficiently
- To be able to understand clients creative brief & marketing requirement and translate it into the brief and liaising with creative & tech team and deliver the project meeting the deadline.
- To ensure liaising between client’s sales and marketing teams, internal operations team, technical team, creative team and vendors
- Responsible to make effort to build advocates for us and himself/herself to ensure the brand maximizes its revenue opportunity from the client account
- Should have proactive thinking and ability to map client competition
Academic & Trades Qualifications
Essential: Graduate.
Desirable: MBA (full-time/Part -time) in sales and marketing from a tier-2 or tier-3 B-School
Work Experience & skills:
Essential: 3 - 5 years of experience in client servicing/account management/BTL Activations
Desirable: Experience in sales and marketing/BTL agency
Essential: Should be well versed with the basics of BTL Activations
Desirable: Advance Excel and Data analysis
Essential: Good understanding of designs & creative
Good in Excel & PowerPoint
