Passionate about IT & Non IT Consulting - Business Development / Lead generation.
Must be able to bring/generate business from India - Service Companies / Domestic MNC clients for contract / permanent staffing.
Responsible for Generating leads and managing a healthy pipeline.
Building new collaborations and partnerships in India & overseas.
Business Development & Client Relationship Management with Domestic corporate/MNC companies for both contract & permanent staff.
Monitoring market activities and providing relevant market research reports/business forecasts and sales cycles as required
Willing to take business challenges/targets/Sales targets.
Willing to travel to domestic client locations on a need basis.
Manage the Digital presence and Social Media handles of the company.
Oversee Customer Relationship Management system.
Identify potential clients-, and the decision-makers within the client organization.
Research and build relationships with new & existing clients
Set up meetings between client decision-makers and the companys practice leaders/Principals
Plan approaches and pitches. Work with the team to develop proposals that speak to the clients needs, concerns, and objectives
Participate in pricing the solution/service.
Handle objections by clarifying, emphasising agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion. Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately.
Present an image that mirrors that of the client.
Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships.
Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs.
Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs.
Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, & provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.
Present to and consult with mid and senior-level management on business trends with a view to developing new services, products, and ...Show Less
