Job Title: Assistant Marketing Manager

Experience Required: 3 to 6 years of experience

Location: Ahmedabad

Role & Responsibilities

The position is responsible for marketing & activation for the entire portfolio of real estate projects


  • Help formulate & implement Project marketing plans for each project to increase awareness, category share & build preference amongst the target consumers, customized for each sales channel.
  • Multi-level co-ordination between agencies and department for MARCOM & Branding
  • Document the annual marketing budget for various projects, activity calendar and plan expenses for the set of projects detailing the BTL marketing initiatives and priorities that deliver growth in line with the business plan
  • Managing project launches & events including Site Branding, ATL/BTL activities, communication and developing GTM plan
  • Responsible for managing & coordinating with rendering, design, digital marketing, portals and PR agencies
  • Sharing the brands communication plan, launch plans or promotion plan with internal stake holders
  • Creating & managing compelling consumer promotional Offers, driving visibility for projects
  • Study current trends, market research, consumer insights, market intelligence, sales feedback and competition mapping and impact of marketing activities
  • Monitoring the campaigns and proactively suggesting the right strategy to improve ROI
  • Should be well versed with report generation and analysis
  • Capable of generating new ideas and inclined towards innovative marketing
