Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and persuasive Telecaller to join our Event Planning team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, explaining our event services, and generating leads. You will play a key role in building client relationships and supporting the event planning process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote event planning services.
• Follow up on leads and maintain a client database.
• Understand client requirements and provide detailed information about our offerings.
• Set appointments and coordinate with the event planning team.
• Achieve weekly/monthly call and lead generation targets.
• Maintain records of calls and client interactions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling or customer service (event industry experience is a plus).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English and Hindi (additional languages are a bonus).
