Skills
- Job Location: Jayanagar, Bangalore.
- Experience: 1-2 years preferred in FMCG sales
- Qualification: Any MBA/Graduate or Diploma
Mandatory Skill:
Good in coordination and reports and numbers - MS Excel
Fluency in English, Hindi and local language for a particular state/region
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate with field sales team and distributors.
2. Implement of strategies to increase sales
3. Coordinate with accounts/dispatch/marketing team
4. Resolve queries regarding supply, dispatch, and logistics.
5. Provide quick resolution for any issues in market
6. Coordinate with field sales teams to monitor the sales and do analysis
7. Knowledge of products sales/productivity analysis will be preferred
8. Update Sales reports on time
9. Knowledge of supply chain will be preferred
Soft Skills:
Should be a excellent team player
Good in English communication (verbal & written) and telephonic skills
Good liaising and trouble shooting skills.
A flexible attitude with respect to work assignments and new learning.
Ability to manage multiple and varied tasks with enthusiasm and prioritize with attention to detail.
