Business Development Manager
We are looking for an experienced and ambitious business development manager with relevant experience in staffing company to join our team. Besides having experience in business development in field of human resources, accounting and legal services, we are expecting you to have strong leadership skills.
Business Development Manager duties and responsibilities
- Plan, develop and oversee the overall business development strategy to increase the business in Indian and oversees market.
- Develop and manage sales opportunities from beginning to end including market research, opportunity qualification due diligence and closing. Send email campaigns / newsletters. Efficiency into follow ups, Account penetration.
- Determine key business development KPIs
- New Business / Client acquisition, Lead Generation, Qualify Opportunities, thereby initiate the sales lifecycle, widening the corporate sales funnel.
- Build strong relationships with clients
- Develop sales strategy and onboard new customers. Work on pre-sales, sales and cross/up sales.
- Negotiate deals
- Build strong relationships with industry professionals, competitors, vendors and other personnel
- Support team members
Business Development Manager requirements and qualifications
- 10+ years of relevant experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent leadership skills.
- Critical thinker and problem solver.
- Great communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent command of MS Office and CRM software.
- Master’s Degree Business Administration or equivalent.
