The ideal candidate is a motivated, organized, and creative individual who welcomes the challenges of acquiring and developing new business through sales efforts. You will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and close business deals while maintaining extensive knowledge of current market conditions 

Roles and Responsibilities


l Proactively discovering potential new clients within the designated regions (USA/UK) and initiating lead generation through various channels such as cold calling, Upwork, participation in networking events, engagement in industry conferences, online investigations, and utilization of social media platforms. Developing and nurturing a robust sales pipeline by continuously pursuing fresh opportunities.

l Mastery of English communication encompassing proficient speaking, writing, and comprehension skills is essential. This proficiency is requisite for effectively conducting the entire sales process, spanning from initial lead outreach, crafting compelling proposals, skillful negotiations, and successful deal closures.

l Must be open to US Shift (Night Shift)      

l Basic knowledge of CMS or digital marketing i.e SEO & SEM Or email development/ marketing is a must.

l Compiling and managing a database of potential clients; up-keeping a database (using CRM, Excel, etc.) containing pertinent information about potential clients.

l Achieve the sales targets by effectively utilizing the leads data provided by the company.

Rounds of Interview:

l Level 1: Aptitude assessment.

l Level 2: HR round

l Level 3: Final Discussion round.

 

Eligibility:

l Master's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing/Sales.
