Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Tele Caller to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a friendly and engaging personality, and the ability to sell our products or services over the phone. The Tele Caller will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, providing information about our products or services, and closing sales over the phone.

Responsibilities:

Contact potential customers via telephone and explain our products or services

Follow up on leads generated through various sources

Identify customer needs and suggest products or services to meet those needs

Handle customer objections and close sales over the phone

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales

Meet or exceed monthly sales targets

Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Tele Caller or similar sales/customer service role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to persuade and influence others

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software

Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets

High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or relevant field is a plus
