Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Tender Officer to join our dynamic team in Gurgaon. This full-time, mid-level position requires 4 to 6 years of professional experience. As a Tender Officer, you will play a crucial role in our procurement and contract processes, ensuring compliance and optimizing project outcomes.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bid Management (Mandatory skill): Expertise in devising and implementing effective bid strategies and managing the entire bidding process.
- Contract Law (Mandatory skill): In-depth understanding of contract law to ensure compliance and protect company interests in all agreements.
- Procurement Software (Mandatory skill): Proficient in utilizing modern procurement software to enhance efficiency and accuracy in contract management.
- Project Management: Capable of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budgets.
- Negotiation Skills: Ensure favorable terms and conditions that align with company objectives when negotiating with vendors and clients.
- Vendor Management: Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure high quality and cost-effective procurement.
