Job Overview
ARG Fitness is seeking an Executive Sales Representative for our Nawada location. This position, with a role level classified as Executive, is essential for driving membership growth and community engagement. It's a full-time, contract-to-hire, and fixed-term employment opportunity. This role is designed for individuals proficient in CRM Software, Salesforce Administration, Microsoft Excel, and other key sales tools, aimed at expanding ARG Fitness's presence and accessibility.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in CRM software to track and manage customer interactions, ensuring personalized service and engagement.
- Experience with Salesforce Administration to streamline sales processes and optimize client management functions.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel required for data analysis and reporting on sales metrics and performance indicators.
- Expertise in pipeline management to efficiently manage leads, ensuring conversion into successful sales.
- Strong data analysis skills to interpret sales data and market trends to inform strategic decision-making.
- Familiarity with Tableau for visual data representation to better understand and communicate sales trends.
- Ability to use forecasting tools to predict sales trends, enabling proactive strategies and business development.
- Competence in process optimization to refine sales strategies and enhance overall effectiveness and efficiency.
