PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

o   You must be passionate about software development and skilled writing code (Exposure JavaScript and Python would be great) and must have some project that you can showcase.

o   The candidate will be required to Design, Configure, Build, Test, Deploy and Maintain ERP product and Frappe based applications will be added advantage.

o   Gathering technical requirements from internal customers.

o   Creation of technical documentation about features that you will develop.

o   Participation and use of Agile development methodologies.

o   Drive continuous improvement in development and operations best practices.

o   Ability to convey complex information in both written and oral form to technical and non-technical audiences.

QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION, AND SKILLS:

Core qualifications:

o   BS in computer science or technology equivalent preferred.

o   Reasonably good in English.

o   Self-Motivated and Proactive.

o   Good interpersonal communication skills are needed in order to work successfully with prospects, customers, and cross-functional teams to meet development timelines.

o   Able to understand the business process.

o   Strong aptitude for learning new technologies and understanding how to utilize them in a customer-facing environment.

o   Ability to follow standard engineering principles and practices.

o   Creative approach to problem-solving.

o   Working knowledge of object-oriented design and development skills.

Technical qualifications:

o   Experience JS, MySQL, Python & Frappe based web development would be an added advantage.

o   Experience will be appreciated (but not mandatory) in with workflows, access controls, page layouts, custom objects, custom record types, reports, and dashboards design and development.

o   Experience with Scrum/Agile development methodologies but not mandatory.

o   OOP concepts and Backend Development Exposure.

o   MySQL on MariaDB or equivalent.

o   Experience with hosting web application on Apache or NGINX

o   Experience in UI/UX development for Web Applications.
