- Work closely with internal departments such as Production, Shipping, and Quality Assurance to ensure smooth execution of installation projects.
- Address and resolve inter-departmental issues that may affect operational efficiency or project timelines.
- Monitor and ensure strict adherence to all SOPs, processes, systems, and software used by the Installation department.
- Ensure that all drawing details are collected accurately and that Kick Off, Recheck, and Final Installation phases adhere to standard timelines and quality benchmarks.
- Supervise the unloading and on-site verification of furniture components with utmost care and accuracy.
- Motivate and manage installation teams, monitoring individual and departmental performance regularly.
- Conduct regular technical training and upskilling programs for the team.
- Oversee technicians’ daily productivity and revenue reports to ensure optimum output.
- Ensure proper maintenance, storage, and inventory management of field tools and equipment.
- Uphold and enforce all safety protocols to ensure the well-being of field service technicians.
