Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
Preparing detailed reports on buying trends, customer requirements, and profits.
Undertaking store administration duties such as managing store budgets and updating financial
records.
Monitoring & auditing the overall showroom visual merchandizing
Requirements & Skills
Bachelor degree in Architecture / Degree in interior designing/ Engineering in interior designing/
Diploma in interior design/ Masters in business administration.
8 to 7 years of experience with a minimum of 5 years’ experience working in a modular furniture
industry, ideally in a team lead role.
Strong leadership and customer management abilities.
Excellent in consultative selling skills.
Powerful business orientation skills.
Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes.
Strong escalation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft programs.
Represent the company and brand with integrity at all times.
Preferred age – Less than 45 years.
