Roles and Responsibilities:

• Guide, mentor, and support team members in their day-to-day activities.
• Build and sustain a strong and motivated team with effective skill sets and high retention (90%+).
• Develop and enhance order processing systems (STEM system) with continuous improvements.
• Drive productivity by improving order processing speed and accuracy.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Handle escalations effectively and provide timely, accurate solutions.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, safety protocols, and communication guidelines.
• Monitor team activities and performance to align with organizational goals.
• Collect payments on time from dealers and ensure proper documentation.
• Assist the Manager in planning, organizing, and implementing strategies.
• Coordinate daily operations including sales processes, order tracking, and payments.
• Evaluate team performance and identify training or hiring needs.
• Manage and maintain regular reports and performance metrics.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in team coordination or customer service operations.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Must be fluent in Kannada, English, and Hindi.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of order processing systems (like STEM) is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
