Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential sales opportunities and evaluate customer needs.
- Actively seek out new sales prospects through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Schedule meetings with potential clients to understand their requirements and address their concerns.
- Prepare and deliver engaging presentations on products and services.
- Generate regular reports and reviews containing sales and financial data.
- Ensure adequate stock availability for sales and product demonstrations.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and conferences.
- Negotiate and close deals effectively, handling customer complaints or objections professionally.
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve collective goals and improve overall performance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role.
- Proficiency in English (both verbal and written).
- Strong knowledge of MS Office tools.
- Sound understanding of marketing principles and negotiation techniques.
- Quick learner with a strong passion for sales.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented approach.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Minimum qualification: High School Diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
