Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate all production activities and operations effectively.
2. Ensure manufacturing processes run reliably, efficiently, and smoothly.
3. Achieve production targets within the defined timelines.
4. Develop and implement production schedules to ensure timely product delivery.
5. Optimize production workflows to improve efficiency and minimize waste.
6. Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed to address issues.
7. Review daily production reports, BOM reports, dispatch reports, and snag reports.
8. Ensure all products meet defined quality standards and specifications.
9. Implement and maintain quality control procedures and systems.
10. Promptly address quality concerns and work with the team to resolve them.
11. Supervise and manage the production team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
12. Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration.
13. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
14. Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and reduce costs.
15. Oversee inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods.
16. Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely material ordering.
17. Manage inventory to prevent overstocking or stockouts.
18. Prepare and maintain accurate daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
19. Document production processes and maintain records of all activities.
20. Analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
21. Apply lean manufacturing principles for process optimization.
22. Lead initiatives aimed at improving production efficiency, quality, and safety.
23. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
24. Allocate resources efficiently, including manpower and machinery, to optimize output.
25. Participate in product research and development activities.
26. Submit accurate and timely production reports to management.
27. Coordinate effectively with inter- and intra-departmental teams.
28. Conduct weekly training for production teams and submit monthly training reports.
29. Perform site visits and inspections to identify root causes of production issues.
30. Be actively involved in production activities to address concerns raised by reporting managers.
31. Monitor and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports, including WIP, FG, BIN, and scrap stock counts, to reporting managers in a timely manner.
32. Handle escalations within inter- and intra-departmental operations.
33. Be flexible to work in rotational shifts as instructed by the manager.
34. Adhere to assigned KRAs & KPIs, and accept new tasks and upgrades as assigned by reporting managers.
