- Follow up with Sales/Dealers for input documents and ensure they comply with the checklist.
- Follow up on project Kick-Off and ensure it is conducted as per SOP.
- Follow up on technical details and ensure the Design team submits drawings on time.
- Verify that the quantity of furniture to be produced matches the PO received.
- Load the manufacturing file for production and include the following before uploading
- Send weekly updates to the client through ERP.
- During weekly project review meetings, highlight delays in respective departments and record them.
- Provide the monthly dispatch plan to Production with priorities clearly mentioned.
- Ensure Cabinetry, Sliding, and Art of Lacquering production is received on time (with at least one intermediate check).
- Ensure delivery requests are raised on time.
- Ensure customer funds are available before dispatching delivery to the site.
- Ensure vehicle requests are raised on time.
- Ensure dispatch details are communicated to the customer.
- Record time, budget, and challenges faced, along with corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Monitor and ensure that the handover letter is received from the site.
