• Follow up with sales / Dealer for the input documents and ensure it is as per our check list.  
• Follow up for Kick Off for all the projects and ensure it is as per SOP. 
• Follow up for Technical details and ensure design is submitting the drawings on time. 
• Check Quantity of the furniture to be produced must be equal to PO received. 
• Load manufacturing file for production and add below mentioned in the file before loading. 

1. Complete Drawings. 

2. Complete materials indent. 

3. Complete sticker for part identification. 

4. Send weekly updates to Client on ERP. 

• During every weekly project review meeting highlight the delays the respective departments and record the same. 
• Monthly dispatch plan to be provide to production with priority mentioned. 
• Ensure Cabinetry, Sliding and Art of Lacquering production is received on time (one intermediate check is must). 
• Ensure we have raised the delivery request on time. 
• Ensure Fund availability from customer's before sending the delivery to site. 
• Ensure vehicle request is given on time. 
• Ensure dispatch details are sent to customer. 
• Time, budget and challenges faced are recorded, with corrective action for future to avoid them. 
• Monitor whether handover letter is received from site or not.
