Job Summary:

As a Management Trainee – Sales, your primary responsibility is to build and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients. Under the guidance of a senior sales executive, you will develop a deep understanding of customer needs and learn to provide tailored solutions that enhance trust and foster repeat business. This role is focused on maintaining high customer satisfaction, identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts, and consistently delivering the company’s value proposition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing existing client relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Understand client needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions.
  • Support senior sales executives in developing and executing client retention strategies.
  • Monitor customer feedback and ensure timely resolution of issues or concerns.
  • Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities to expand the current business.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM tools.
  • Learn and adapt to sales strategies, product knowledge, and market trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, operations, and customer service.

Requirements:

  • MBA degree (or equivalent in Sales, Marketing, or related field)
  • Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and one or more regional languages
  • Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
