Job Description – Design Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Follow SOPs for design and conversion work.
2. Create drawings using parametric design software.
3. Prepare production drawings for manufacturing.
4. Have basic knowledge of wardrobes, kitchens, and other furniture.
5. Track common mistakes and help fix them.
6. Understand client requirements, colour choices, and custom changes before starting drawings.
7. Upload drawings to the ERP system.
8. Make changes based on client or dealer feedback, working with the project coordinator.
9. Keep records of all drawing changes.
10. Share final drawings with the production and planning teams as per SOP.

**Requirements & Skills:**

- A minimum of 1 year of experience as an interior designer, specifically with modular interior products.

- Ability to handle multiple clients and projects individually while adhering to company standards in creative design.

- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator, and other design software.

- Capable of providing quick renderings as per customer needs.

- Educate customers about the competitive advantages of the company’s products.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project operations at every stage.

- Propose creative and competitive design solutions to explore business opportunities (upselling and cross-selling).

- A keen eye for design.
