**Job Description: Designer**

**Responsibilities and Duties:**

- Meet with customers to discuss and understand their needs.

- Prepare presentations (3D, 2D, and renderings) for clients.

- Coordinate with site executives to ensure the practicality and accessibility of designs.

- Oversee project execution to maintain accuracy and high quality.

- Maintain effective communication with clients and team members for successful project completion.

- Research and stay informed about industry changes, trends, and best practices to drive improvements.

- Demonstrate a strong understanding of design principles.

- Be flexible and willing to work to meet business needs.

- Basic knowledge of Microsoft programs.

- Understand hardware accessories and materials.

- Regularly assess and meet customers’ requirements through meetings.

- Produce sketches and drawings to illustrate concepts and final products.

- Convey creative ideas to communicate design concepts to clients.

**Requirements & Skills:**

- A minimum of 2 years of experience as an interior designer, specifically with modular interior products.

- Ability to handle multiple clients and projects individually while adhering to company standards in creative design.

- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator, and other design software.

- Capable of providing quick renderings as per customer needs.

- Educate customers about the competitive advantages of the company’s products.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project operations at every stage.

- Propose creative and competitive design solutions to explore business opportunities (upselling and cross-selling).

- A keen eye for design.

**Education:**

- Degree in Interior Design.
