  1. Planning and scheduling installations based on CTP requirements and project timelines.
  2. Coordinating with CTP team to ensure accurate information and requirements are communicated to installation teams.
  3. Ensure that all necessary materials, tools, and equipment are available and ready for use with the Respective Teams.
  4. Assigning tasks and providing instructions to installation technicians or subcontractors.
  5. Documenting installation procedures, customer specifications, and any changes or deviations from the original plan.
  6. Providing support and assistance to installation teams as needed.
  7. Address any issues or delays promptly and effectively.
  8. Prepare and submit regular progress reports to senior management.
  9. Conducting post-installation inspections and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  10. ensure proper maintenance and storage of tools and equipment
  11. Conduct inspections to ensure installations meet quality standards and specifications
  12. Implement corrective actions to address any deficiencies.
  13. Ensure all work is completed in compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  14. Handle administrative tasks such as Checking invoicing and expense tracking.
  15. Assist in the development and improvement of installation procedures and protocols.
  16. Communicating with Clients or Supervisors to schedule installations, provide updates, and address any concerns or issues.
  17. Preparation of vouchers of site expenses of the workers and staff’s, if and when required and submitting it to managers for approval and followed by, submitting for final approval in accounts.
  18. Giving training to the installation teams on weekly basis and submitting the report on monthly basis.
  19. Site Visits and Inspections for the rectification and find root cause of the problem.
  20. Involving in the installation activities in person and incorporating the physical appearance in the process in order to rectify the concerned addressed by the reporting managers.
  21. Should be flexible to works in rotation shifts upon managers instruction.
  22. Adhering to the KRA & KPI and accepting the time to time basis upgrades and tasks as assigned by the reporting managers.
